The TD must be contacted by phone
or email to be officially withdrawn. These have a date and time stamp.
Your entry fee will be refunded in full if you cancel at least 48 hours
before
tournament begins (Thursday 9:00 am)
Your entry fee will be refunded if
you cancel at least 24 hours before tournament
begins and your spot is replaced (Friday 9:00 am)
Your entry fee will not be refunded if you cancel at least 24 hours
before tournament
begins and your spot is not replaced (Friday 9:00 am)
